JACKSONVILLE, FL -- KB Home today announced that it has promoted Todd Holder to president of its Jacksonville division. In his role, Holder is responsible for all of KB Home's operations throughout the Northeast Florida market, from land acquisition and construction to sales and customer service.
In his prior role as the division's executive vice president, Holder led the division team in the execution of a variety of successful growth initiatives. As a result, KB Home is currently selling its Built to Order™ new homes at 10 communities in and around the region, with five communities recently opening or grand opening in the coming weeks.
"We are pleased to have Todd, a natural born leader and ardent supporter of our Built to Order business model, take the helm of our Jacksonville division," said Vince DePorre, regional president for KB Home. "With his breadth of experience and deep knowledge of the market, we are confident that he can lead our business to further capitalize on the long-term growth opportunities in this area."
Indeed, Holder brings more than 20 years of homebuilding experience to his new role, six of which have been with KB Home. His past experience includes being a managing partner at Holder Johnson Homes in Jacksonville. Holder has also held leadership positions at Lennar Homes' and Beazer Homes' Jacksonville divisions over the course of his career.
