MIRA LOMA, CA -- RSI Professional Cabinet Solutions (RSI PCS), manufacturer of European-inspired, frameless cabinetry, announced the appointment of Don Cox as Senior Vice President of Operations as the company continues to expand nationally.
In this role, Cox will oversee the company's operations including manufacturing, materials management, planning and logistics. Cox will also lead the development of the company's facilities and capabilities to support a national expansion, including Texas and Mexico.
"As our operations continue to grow, it's imperative we approach the expansion head on with the right personnel in place and Don is a perfect match. His extensive knowledge and industry expertise lines up with our desire to expand our operations into other markets and segments in North America," stated Eric VanDerHeyden, president and COO, RSI Professional Cabinet Solutions.
Cox has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations and cabinet production. As the Vice President of Operations at Kraftmaid, Cox was responsible for the production operations where he established and achieved industry leading quality, volume and performance standards over his 17-year tenure.
The RSI PCS frameless European-inspired cabinetry provides numerous advantages over traditional, framed cabinetry. The frameless cabinets offer functional advantages, such as larger and deeper drawers, wider openings for more storage, easier cleaning, faster access and retrieval, and high quality hardware. Full overlay doors provide a clean, streamlined look with premium crown, light rail moldings, and knobs or pulls accentuating and completing the design.
