WASHINGTON -- KB Home (KBH), one of the nation's largest and most recognized homebuilders, announced that Jon Adler has been named president of its D.C. Metro division. In this role, Adler is responsible for all of the Company's homebuilding operations throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, from land acquisition and construction, to sales and customer service.
Adler joins KB Home with more than 24 years of homebuilding experience in the region, having held leadership roles with NVR Homes. Most recently, he was a Partner with The Georgelas Group based out of McLean, Va., under which he created Bryton Homes, where he served as President and CEO.

KB Home is currently open for new home sales at six locations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, offering home designs that can include as many as six bedrooms and range in price from the low $300,000s to over $1,000,000. KB Home recently introduced brand new floor plans at its Crown community in Gaithersburg and anticipates opening a new neighborhood of single-family homes called Autumn Overlook in Ellicott City this December.
