NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- During The Nationals 2015 Awards ceremony, The National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), honored Trumark Homes with three Gold Awards -- including the prestigious national Community of the Year for SL70 in Silver Lake, Calif. -- as well as six Silver Awards. The Nationals Awards ceremony, held on January 20 in Las Vegas, is one of the highlights for the NAHB's annual International Builders' Show (IBS), the premiere show for home building industry professionals for North America.

Trumark Homes' SL70 community, a new development of 70 three-story single-family homes, won two Gold Awards for Detached Community of the Year and Best Architectural Design of a Single-Family Home Under 2,000 Square Feet. In addition, SL70 won three Silver Awards for Best Brochure, Best Interior Merchandising and Best Website for a Community.

Trumark also won a Gold Award for its sales center at the PACE community, an eight-acre residential development in Milpitas, Calif., offering 134 homes designed to appeal to Silicon Valley's young professionals, couples and growing families. The development includes two communities, Velocity and Momentum, with a mix of detached single-family homes and attached townhomes.
Trumark teamed up with long-term equity partner The Resmark Companies in developing both design-centric developments: SL70 and PACE.
In addition, Trumark Urban's AMERO project won a Silver Award for Best Outdoor Living Space/Landscaping Design Features. AMERO, located in the heart of San Francisco's Cow Hollow neighborhood, is a rare collection of two and three bedroom condominium residences offering spectacular views of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.
