EULESS, TX -- U.S. Concrete, Inc. has announced that it has acquired the assets of DuBrook Concrete, Inc., in Chantilly, VA., located within the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
DuBrook manufactures and delivers ready-mixed concrete in the northern Virginia market through its three ready-mixed concrete batch plants and fleet of 42 mixer trucks. The addition of DuBrook significantly increases U.S. Concrete's service footprint throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
