The "Cutler Series" provides 25 exquisite modular-homes choices. Cutler is based in Wilton, Ct. and is excited to be able to team up with Altamont Homes and to introduce his award-winning designs to the West Coast.

True modular homes are built in accordance with the same building codes which traditional on-site built homes are constructed -- the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or International Building Code (IBC).
These homes are not to be confused with manufactured homes, a more common type of factory-built home constructed to a different building code -- the HUD code -- which can be more limited in architecture and not as favorable to appraise or finance.
