today announced that David Johnson has joined the company as vice president supporting the Bank's Single Family Residential (SFR)
Construction Division in Manhattan Beach. The announcement was made by Norman Morales, president and chief executive officer.
Having established himself in the SFR construction community over the past seven years, Johnson now joins forces with Vineyard Bank to promote
and support the Bank's Construction Lending Division which was successfully launched in 2001.
With several hundred million dollars in new loan commitments in this specialty niche, Johnson's experience in working with builders and
developers make him an invaluable member of the Vineyard Bank team. Johnson will serve the coastal communities from San Diego to Santa
Barbara, inclusive of the Westside communities in Los Angeles.
