| Manufacturers have long used high profile trade shows to make the biggest splash with their new products, and the 2004 International Builders’ Show will be no exception!
Products and services in 200 categories, from appliances to building materials to home electronics, will be displayed, spanning every aspect of the home construction industry. Following is a brief description of just some of the many exciting innovations that will be on display at the Las Vegas Convention Center. * Summit Appliance will showcase its line of outdoor refrigerators with stainless steel exteriors.
Construction Materials
* Arxx Building Products will be showcased as part of The New American Home® 2004, which has been constructed using the Arxx High Performance Wallsystem, an insulated concrete form system resulting in stronger, safer and more energy efficient homes.
* BioBased Systems will showcase its acclaimed soy-based foam insulation product, BioBase Insulation, winner of two green-building awards in 2003.
* Blocksom & Co. will introduce Roof Saver, a new rolled ridge vent system designed to provide excellent ventilation properties at the roof ridge and offer relief from excess heat and condensation.
* EcoStar(tm) will announce the addition of Majestic Slate 50-year rubber slate tile to its environmentally friendly line of products.
* Eldorado Stone will demonstrate a new option that allows architects to download visuals of the Seamless Textures line from the company Web site and easily apply them to project renderings.

* illbruck Sealant Systems will showcase the 2112® system, the only complete window sealant system on the market for exterior, middle and interior sections of the window and wall interface.
* Hacker Industries, Inc. will introduce FIRM-FILL 3310, an innovative new gypsum concrete underlayment designed to create a rock-solid surface over wood or concrete subfloors in residential and commercial construction.
* Kroy Building Products, Inc. will showcase the new Timberlast® Composite Railing Fair Bluff Designer Series System.
* L.B. Plastics, Inc., manufacturer of PVC decking, railing and fencing products, will display a new color-clay-in its Sheerline(tm) 3250 Railing Series, in addition to traditional white, beige and gray.
* Master Builders Inc. will launch Color-Conditioned(tm) Concrete integrally colored with CHROMIX® admixtures and other products.

* UnderCover Decks will announce the release of an all-new deck enhancement system designed to allow homeowners to convert second-level decks into patio covers.
* Universal Forest Products will introduce its expanded TechTrim exterior trim and EverX composite decking product lines.
* Wellington Polymer Technology Inc, will introduce the Enviroshake®, a composite "high-tech" roofing product produced with 95% reclaimed materials that replicates the look of an antique cedar roof.

* Armstrong Cabinet Products will present Waverly(tm) maple and LaCerise(tm) cherry glaze cabinets, along with an entirely new accessory line featuring decorative moldings and end panels with brown glaze accents.
* C.H.I. Overhead Doors will introduce the new 5200 Series Steel Carriage House Door, designed to give homeowners a historically accurate recreation of the traditional wood carriage house door.
* CraftMaster will showcase the new Reflections® Series of mirrored doors featuring a textured, raised-panel design.
* Fenestra Window & Door, Inc. will announce the United States distribution of a new and unique metallic line of doors, windows, lights and architectural art crafted by the Kangyu Group.
* Hy-Lite® Products will introduce new prefabricated real glass block fixed windows that use a unique vinyl spacer between the blocks to keep them perfectly aligned with in a thermally-broken aluminum window frame.
* International Windows Corporation will present the Lanai series of vinyl hinge doors, intended to emulate the traditional look of "stile and rail" design with mechanically fastened 90-degree corners.
* Jamsill Inc. will exhibit the Jamsill Guard(tm), a patented sill pan flashing for exterior doors and windows designed to stop leaks before they start.
* Kolbe & Kolbe will debut the new "Sterling" double-hung window, featuring a hidden jamb-liner and multi-functional sash lock.

* Quick-Step Flooring, Inc. will launch "Elegance" laminate flooring, the first laminate flooring in the industry to feature three random length planks in one package, to lessen the chance of pattern repetition when the floor is installed.
