| Organizers of the NECA 2007 show announced this week that Dana Carvey, the "Master of Disguise," be the headline act during the closing celebration at this year's convention.
Carvey's career in comedy began in San Francisco. His stint on Saturday Night Live gave rise to some of that show's most memorable characters, including Church Lady, Hans of the Austrian body-building team Hans and Franz, and Garth of Wayne's World.
This year's show takes place October 5-8, 2007 in San Francisco.
