| A new remote controlled water system developed by Millennium International Development Corporation can prevent damage to property and can save homeowners water and money. The patented FLO n STOP™ system is easy to use...just touch the OFF button at your front door when leaving home and water pressure to all plumbing fixtures will be SHUT OFF. Upon returning, push the ON button, and all water will be restored.
FLO n STOP™ when activated will prevent water damage from leaks and floods from sources such as broken pipes, burst hoses, overflowing toilets and leaks from dishwasher lines.
How it works: A wireless transmitter ON/OFF switch is installed by the entry door. The push of the ON/OFF button will send a wireless signal to the Transceiver switch that is connected to the Solenoid Valve in the main water supply line. This is a convenient way to easily turn water off when leaving home. FLO n STOP™ will prevent the occurrence of uncontrollable water damage from bursting hoses or ruptured pipes while the home is unattended.
FLO n STOP™ is designed for single homes and can be programmed for multi-family and condominiums with over 250 units in a single building.
