| CHICAGO, IL -- Wausau, Wisconsin-based Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc. has purchased the stock of Point Five Windows, Inc., a manufacturer of custom wood windows and doors for use in the palatial estate market. The company, based in Fort Collins, Colorado, will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kolbe.
Michael Salsieder, President of Kolbe stated, "The acquisition of Point Five is a continuation of our strategy to advance our nationwide leadership position in the high-end window and door market. Kolbe continues to evolve as an organization that provides significant value to those customers who desire highly-customized windows and doors."

Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co. was founded in 1946 by two brothers and has grown into an internationally respected manufacturing company.
Jordan, Knauff & Company ("JKC"), an investment bank in Chicago, Illinois, served as advisor to Point Five in the sale of its stock to Kolbe.
