| EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ -- Railing Dynamics, Inc. announces the reengineering and the addition of 3 new baluster options to its Novaline® railing line. Until recently the company had offered Novaline with wood-fiber structural top and bottom beams and one baluster option. Now, Novaline has been modified with stronger, structural aluminum and offers balusters in square, belly, glass, or 3/4" round iron profiles. The balusters are boxed and sold separately.
In February, 2008, RDI began offering in-fill baluster options for its Endurance® systems, and since that time had received enormous responses from many of their distributors requesting similar options for Novaline. This resulted in the company's reengineering of the Novaline system to accommodate the new options.
The problem, according to Product Development Engineer, Jason Werner, was that, "the wood-fiber structural beams did not allow for the infill customization we were looking to achieve. By using aluminum structural beams, we can now offer a stronger, highly customizable system while enhancing Novaline's safety, dependability and ease of installation." Werner also said that a common complaint with the wood fiber was that the bottom structural component was exposed on the underside. This problem was alleviated by applying a white powder coated finish to the aluminum to match the finish of the Pearl components. Since 1989, Railing Dynamics, Inc. has been one of the nation's leading manufacturers of maintenance-free building solutions.
RDI's products include the Endurance®Original, Deck, and ADA Handrail lines, Novaline railing systems, and Titan® vinyl-clad metal railing systems.
